About

I am an Artist and an Art Educator based in London. I'm interested in the relationship we have with the objects around us in this consumer driven, highly digitalised world. Cheap, mass-produced objects often have no obvious relationship to the body. They stand mute and dumb, their synthetic materiality resisting decomposition and alteration. Sculpture and craft practices offer the possibility to re-negotiate these relationships, to imagine new connections between objects and the human body, and to re-invest objects with a potency akin to ritual and ceremony.
